Pros: 24 ports, 2 SFP ports. The SFP ports are not dual-sense, so you get full use of all ports. Works great with the Unfi controller and integrates into existing Unifi networks with ease.
Cons: I wish there was a 4 SFP port 24-port switch?
I know other people have chosen to replace the internal fans with some Noctua fans to decrease the noise level, but honestly, I don't have an issue with it. This is quieter than the switch it replaced and is quieter than some of the other equipment I have in the same rack.
There are some users who have encountered issues with their controllers seeing their switch, but mine installed with no issues. My controller just runs in a Docker container on one of my servers, and I didn't have any trouble. I have installed the controller software on Windows PCs for several clients at work and those have been the only times I've encountered any adoption issues.

Pros
1. Adopting and managing the switches could not be easier
2. Network mapping and UI are very user-friendly
3. Managing VLANs and multiple networks
4. Works great for home and small business use
Cons
There are some pain points that are not in the GUI or at least not easy to understand how to use.
1. Is features like UPNP need to be enabled but through SSH only. If you cannot do CLI, you are going to have to learn or search the community
2. Setting up a VPN through another provider has eluded me thus far
3. Instructions on how to configure as lacking. If you have some network experience, you will be better off.
Overall
I love these devices and will continue to grow my network using them. I have already recommended them to friends and family. If you have more wired connections then you get with 4-port routers for home use, I recommend this and this family of devices. However, remember to get the USG and CloudKey to ensure you have all the features available.

I've now got the Unifi Switch managed by the Unifi CloudKey with a Unifi Security Gateway and Unifi AP Pro. If you want good, reliable, and decent priced gear for your home, this seems to be the best bang for your buck without going down the Enterprise level rabbit hole.
I gave the switch 3 stars for Easy to Use because the amount of features the Unifi ecosystem has. The device is plug and play, but to get the full use of the device you need to have a good understanding of networking.
